The Borno State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC) on Sunday, May 29, found two bomb-production manufacturing plants in Dikwa.
The NSCDC Commandant in the state, Mr Ibrahim Abdullahi, made the exposure in a meeting with the News men in Maiduguri. Abdullahi said that the manufacturing plants were found amid a watch by men of the charge in a joint effort with the troops of the 22 Armored Brigade of the Nigerian Army.
